1. Prohibited activity
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, upload malware, scrape the service, overload infrastructure or interfere with other customers.
Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative or infringing content.
2. Accurate records
Journey records, welfare notes and handover proof must be accurate to the best of the user’s knowledge.
NFC checkpoint updates must not be presented as live GPS tracking unless that feature is expressly provided.
3. Animal welfare and legal compliance
Customers remain responsible for transport authorisations, licensing, insurance, animal welfare, staff training, vehicle suitability, journey documentation and lawful operating procedures.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the platform is being misused or there is a risk to security, customers, data or service integrity.
