Important notice
These terms apply to customers, trial users, visitors and authorised team members using inSyncPetTransport services, shop pages and related customer update tools.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to access to and use of the inSyncPetTransport website, platform, team portal, customer update pages and related services.
By creating an account, starting a trial, booking a demo or using the platform, the customer agrees to follow these terms and any order form, subscription plan or written agreement accepted by the customer.
2. The service
inSyncPetTransport provides software tools for animal transport journey administration, NFC checkpoint records, welfare notes, customer updates and handover records.
The service is not a live GPS tracking system unless a separate location-tracking feature is expressly added and confirmed in writing.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for entering accurate journey, animal, customer, handler and handover information.
Customers must ensure their staff and authorised users are trained to use NFC checkpoints and journey records correctly.
Customers remain responsible for animal welfare, lawful transport operations, authorisations, journey documentation, insurance, licences, regulatory obligations and customer communication outside the platform.
4. Accounts and authorised users
Customers must keep account details secure and ensure only authorised team members access the platform.
The customer is responsible for activity carried out under its account, except where unauthorised activity is caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
5. Fees, plans and payment
Subscription fees, plan limits and billing periods are shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing.
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. GYAMDIAS LTD is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged and VAT invoices are not issued unless that status changes. Payment processing charges, delivery charges or third-party costs may be charged in addition where clearly agreed before payment.
6. Trial use
A trial may be offered to help customers test the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
Trial access may be limited by time, features, usage, number of users, journey records or support level.
7. Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service security, upload unlawful content or use the platform to mislead owners, care providers or regulators.
Customers must not present NFC checkpoint updates as live GPS tracking unless that feature is expressly provided.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party service outages and emergency security work may affect availability.
9. Data and confidentiality
Customer data remains the customer’s responsibility. We use customer data to provide, secure, support and improve the service.
Confidential information must not be disclosed except as required to provide the service, comply with law or enforce these terms.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, design, software, workflows, branding, content and documentation belong to us or our licensors.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during an active trial or subscription.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity or serious breach of these terms.
Customers may cancel in line with the refund and cancellation policy or any written subscription agreement.
12. Liability
The platform supports journey administration and record keeping. It does not replace professional judgement, animal welfare duties, legal compliance, insurance or operational responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
14. Governing law
These terms are intended for a UK-based business context and are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
