1. Software support only
inSyncPetTransport helps customers organise journey records, NFC checkpoint events, welfare notes, customer updates and handover evidence.
The platform does not provide transport authorisation, operating licences, insurance, veterinary advice, legal advice or live GPS tracking unless a separate feature is expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Customer transport duties
Customers remain responsible for deciding whether transport authorisation, journey logs, vehicle approval, handler training, animal fitness checks, welfare controls, cleaning procedures, insurance or other permissions are required for their operation.
Customers should check the current rules that apply to the animals, journey type, journey length, countries involved and commercial purpose before carrying out transport.
3. Welfare records
NFC scans and welfare notes can support a clearer record of what happened during a journey, but they do not prove that all legal or welfare duties were met.
Records should be accurate, timely and based on real journey events.
4. No misleading tracking claims
Customers must not describe NFC checkpoint updates as continuous live location tracking.
Customer update pages should explain that updates are based on scans, notes and recorded handover actions.
