Account details such as name, company, email address, telephone number, role and login information.
Journey-related data such as customer names, collection and delivery details, animal information, handler notes, photos, signatures, timestamps and checkpoint history.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, security logs, usage data and cookie identifiers.
Billing and commercial data such as plan, subscription status, invoices and payment status. Full payment card details should be handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by the platform.

To provide the platform, create accounts, manage journeys, display customer updates and support handover records.
