1. Digital access
Trial, demo and subscription access is normally arranged by email or through the billing/customer account area after the request is accepted. The website can take WooCommerce basket purchases for extra tags and accessories when WooCommerce is active; subscription activation still requires the approved billing or subscription workflow.
Access is usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days after the required setup details are received, but timing may depend on account setup, payment status, onboarding checks and any agreed package limits.
2. Physical goods
NFC tags, personalised pet items and printed accessories are prepared after the final specification is agreed.
UK delivery options, production times and delivery costs are shown during checkout where available or confirmed before fulfilment. Guide fulfilment for standard tag/accessory purchases is normally 3 to 7 working days after artwork, quantity and specification approval, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Personalised goods
Customers should check names, colours, phone numbers, artwork, tag names and other personalisation details before approving production.
Made-to-order items may not be cancellable after production starts, except where statutory rights apply.
4. Delays and failed delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Customers should provide accurate delivery details and contact us promptly if an item has not arrived or appears damaged.
