1. Trial period
Where a free trial is offered, customers can test the platform before moving to a paid plan.
A trial does not guarantee that paid access will continue unless the customer selects a paid plan and completes any required billing steps.
2. Subscription cancellation
The website is quote-led and does not enable automatic online checkout. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day guided trial unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customers may cancel future subscription renewal by contacting support or using the account billing area where available.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless this policy or a written agreement says otherwise.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, billing errors, technical failure that prevents meaningful use, payment taken before agreed cancellation, or where required by applicable law.
Refunds are normally not provided for unused time, failure to use the service, account inactivity, change of mind after a paid period begins, or issues caused by customer setup, connectivity or device limitations.
4. Personalised and custom-made goods
Personalised NFC tags, custom printed accessories and made-to-order items are produced to the customer’s specification.
Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once personalised production has started, except where the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do.
This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Founder or promotional discounts
Promotional pricing, founder discounts and special offers may have their own terms and may not be available indefinitely.
6. How to request a refund
Send refund requests through the contact page with the account email, company name, invoice reference, reason and supporting details.
